Oh come on Cheeze, you are meant to really like him and City, like most on here.
I admire the bloke, but agree I wouldn't mind him pissing off, unfortunately he seems to have found his spiritual in England and even picking up on the humour now, so can see him staying for a minimum another 2 years.
Apparently he has an ambition to manage Brazil in a world cup, his wife his Brazilian, the 2026 WC might be a little early though, so maybe 2030.

Hopefully Pep leaves for a new challenge. I'm sick of his face and his football style.

Agree with the undertoned celebrations, almost weird. Maybe a lot of you lot can down stop bleeping on about City so much now and how they're your second favourite team, etc?
As for Lukaku, you can't be missing that son. Wanker.

It’s because when you win regularly it doesn’t mean as much. Even if they lost tonight they know they’ll be back in a year or twos time for another crack.
For a lot of us it’s once in a lifetime so far and it means everything. Finals do not come round often, and wins in them even less so. Had we not won this, god knows when the next opportunity might arise. Could be another 40 years. Yet I expect a lot of theirs don’t bother going to every final any more.
Ours was far better and bigger because it meant more. More to the players, fans and everyone at the club.

Swindon I agree with you.
You have to want to taste victory to really enjoy it when you dine.
Man City was lame.
We were and are fucking massive.

Arsenal celebrated more when they beat Bournemouth.
Plastic city fans not bothered and left as trophy was lifted . Players couldn’t wait to leave the pitch

Man City vs West Ham in the community shield final?
Makes sense.

Agree that was a bit shit. Another poor choice of venue and shit atmosphere.
Celebrations were muted to say the least, the punditry team sounded like someone had just died. Most of the City players could barely muster any enthusiasm. All s not after the Lord Mayor's show.
Just highlighted what a special club we are, think we stole their thunder.

Compared to the passion showed on Wednesday, with fans, ex-players, squad players, youth player, parents, children on the pitch having the time of their lives, the celebration from Man City was so boring and lame.
It meant so much more to us, and we are happier.
Be careful what you wish for.

The only song they sing seems to be 'Hey Jude'..re 'City'. 'Blue Moon' is a bit of a dirge to sing at a final. Shame they don't have any top shaggers...lol.

Hope Dec is watching this. Looks like winning a trophy with West Ham might mean more than winning a Treble with City going by the celebrations!

Re: The Champions League final

So it turns out that our final was the best and most exciting out of the 3.
I want West Ham to be better and Wednesday gave me the hunger to want us to win more and have another night like the one in Prague but I don’t want us to be like Man City where winning the league and cups every year is now a routine thing.
Even tonight where it’s their first ever champions league title, their fans weren’t as euphoric as ours were last Wednesday. They have lost a lot of soul in that club.
I’m probably in the minority but I would love to see us win another FA Cup soon but becoming a Man City and winning everything multiple times and taking it for granted I’m not so sure.

I hope they haven’t paid Balotelli anything for tonight, he’s looked so disinterested. At one point, he was checking his phone.
Fabregas looks like someone on their first day of work experience.
And Rio can fuck off, self important twat asking every question like he’s on fucking Panorama.
And to top it all off, Jake fucking Humphrey, the weird cunt.
